About Karin Pizzinini

In her homeland of the Dolomites, Karin Pizzinini can enjoy the countryside all year round… from skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter, to hiking and climbing in the summer.

Yet, it's not just the mountains that have made this possible for her. Her travels to different countries have given her an excellent opportunity to examine the most diverse of cultures up close.

After many years of teaching at the local secondary school, Karin felt the need to express her creativity and shape her own life herself. After completing training as a hiking guide and a Sivananda yoga instructor, she now freelances as an art director on Ladin television, as a hiking guide in her beloved Dolomites, by leading yoga courses and is also as quite a prolific photographer.

Four day Programm

Thursday:

  • Meeting at 2 pm on the Pederü car park
  • Walk together up to the hut
  • Yoga lesson at 5 pm
  • Dine together at 7 pm
  • Good night meditation

Friday:

  • 7.30 am: Start your day with positive energy. Yoga lesson
  • Top up your energy with breakfast at 9.00 am
  • Hike at 10.00 am eith a break for a snack, surrounded by beautiful contryside
  • Meditation on the go
  • Return to the hut at 3 pm
  • Yoga lesson at 5 pm
  • Dinner at 7 pm
  • Good night meditation

Saturday:

  • 7.30 am: Start your day with positive energy. Yoga lesson
  • Top up your energy with breakfast at 9.00 am
  • Hike at 10.00 am eith a break for a snack, surrounded by beautiful contryside
  • Meditation on the go
  • Return to the hut at 3 pm
  • Yoga lesson at 5 pm
  • Dinner at 7 pm
  • Good night meditation

Sunday:

  • 7.30 am: Start your day with positive energy. Yoga lesson
  • Top up your energy with breakfast at 9.00 am
  • Walk to the valley
