The recipes of the Fanes Hut are certainly not to be hidden.
Various menus, something different every day, always well presented and genuine.

Preference is given to Ladin cuisine, but also national and international dishes are served.
Also connoisseurs will be greatly satisfied in the Fanes Hut.

The selection of wines, grappa and liquors is vast and well looked after with spcial attention to typical South Tyrolean products.
